My journey started with my own struggle in perimenopause, gaining weight despite "eating decent" and cardio. I discovered macro counting and strength training, which changed my life. I created this space to offer a better path built on proper nutrition, education, and the power of lifting heavy.
We provide a clear plan and the accountability needed to feel strong, confident, and in control of your body again.
My philosophy is that fitness should build a stronger body and a better life, not consume it. We focus on fueling with proper nutrition and building sustainable habits that fit your real life. We aren't just looking for a quick fix; we are building a foundation for long-term health within a supportive community.

I’m Leslie, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping women redefine what they are capable of. My philosophy is simple: you don’t need extremes to see extraordinary results. After a decade in the industry, I leaned into progressive overload and macro counting to find the sustainable plan that finally clicked.
There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing the "shift" when a client realizes they have a lifestyle they can actually maintain. I coach because I love watching women learn to prioritize themselves. When you gain confidence in the process, you gain trust in yourself and build a foundation for health that lasts a lifetime.
My coaching looks beyond the mirror toward longevity and legacy. We prioritize strength so you can thrive for decades to come, creating a powerful ripple effect in your home and career.
